نظام التعريف الالكتروني للتدفئة.

Technique Features:

1. Power Control Unit

Typical Features;

1. It works with electric and it compansates one day wrought iron production heat.
2. In 2,5 seconds, it make the iron red
3. It minimizes heating expenditure
4. Red iron can be hold from the other side with hands. In the same time, it is cleaner, faster, more practical than LPG or coal.
5. To operate properly, it needs steady voltage (380V 100) and cooling water (3-6 bar) without lime
6. Water heat may be 5-10 up or below room temparature. The imbalance between voltage, extra pressure on machine, decrease in water pressure or increase water heat (upper than 70c) makes the machine take itself stand by. It wont work until these problems are solved
7. As high voltage in the working bobbins is impossible, it won't damage the workers' health
8. It shouldn't be given energy without earthing electric as there is high frequency magnetic stream in the machine. Radio, Tv or mobile phones shouldn't be near the machine otherwise they will decrease its performance.
9. Working frequency may change according to resonance frequency of the materials to be heated from 1.7 khz to 12 khz. The unit shouldn't be forced to work 100 ampere for 50 KW or 200 ampere for 100 KW otherwise emergency led will flash. When this light is seen, the electric of the machine should be cut off and after waiting 5 mins, the machine should be started

• Profiles (minimum thickness : 1,5mm) Corner Embossing : 20x20mm, 25x25mm, 30x30mm, 40x40mm,50x50mm, 60x60mm, 20x30mm, 20x40mm, 30x40, 3Ox5O mm, 40x60mm, 40x80mm, 60x80mm.
• Clamp Sheet Embossing
• Single Line
• Double Line
• Channel for 12x12mm and 10x10mm square bars

important note : line molds & embossing molds or floral models and corner molds can be used together!

 

It is used to wrought the filled cold iron (10x30 mm, 40x10 mm - 8x8 mm, 12x12mm .... 20x20 mm) and square profiles ( 20x20-50x50mm and 20x30- 4Ox6O mm). Its daily production capacity is 15 tones. the necessary moulds are given for world wide production. On your demand, different designed moulds can be produced. Optionally, Speed control pannel can be added.

FURNACE

It works with LPG and it compansates one day wrought iron production heat.

It also works with natural gas (city lpg system)

Working Style: The air that is got from the fan attached to the electric engine and mixed fire are fenced on the iron and in a short time the iron becomes red. This mixture saves your LPG expenditure

The red iron cana be formed easily in Friction,Forging Hammer, Engforging machine. It can take 200 pieces of iron (12*6) in it.

Inside of the machne is builded by not flammable brick to save heat energy
