Job Description : Work and follow up:-

1. Concentrations of chemicals on Galvanizing line (Degreaser ,Acid, Flux ,Zinc and Chromium bath ).
2. Quality tests for galvanized steel (Galvanizing layer weight and thickness ,Peel test and Corrosion
Resistance (Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) Fog) test ) .
3. Quality tests for Coating sheet (Coating Thickness (wet &dry) , Impact Flexibility , Peel test , Rub test , Scratch test , Pencil Hardness test, Gloss test and Corrosion Resistance test ).
4. Water treatment plant , cooling towers and boilers tests ( Hardness , Alkalinity , PH , Conductivity ,
TDS (Total Dissolved solid ) and chemical composition by Atomic absorption or analytically).
5. Chemical Analysis of steel by Spectromax instrument .
6. Chemical analysis for Cold Rolling line ( Oil Conc., Saponification Number , Acid Value , Stability Index , Chloride Content and Iron Content for Emulsion oil and Weight of Oil layer on Steel Surface ) .
7. All chemical analysis and physical inspection for chemical raw materials .
